Share Time, Skills,
and Resources
Not all support is financial. Many of the most meaningful contributions come through shared time, experience, and resources.
Contributing to Estera may include offering professional expertise, mentoring or advising workforce initiatives, sharing tools or materials, or supporting programs through in-kind resources. Estera welcomes contributions that align with its mission and help strengthen the trade workforce in practical ways.
This form of support is flexible and collaborative. Contributions are shaped by availability, expertise, and alignment rather than obligation. Estera works with contributors to identify where their involvement can be most effective and appropriate.
Contributing time or resources does not imply ongoing commitment or formal partnership. It is simply a way to participate in the work as capacity allows.
Ways to Contribute
